Refund Policy

At Paakhisaa, we take immense pride in the artistry and heart poured into every hand-painted creation. Because our products are handcrafted by artisans, each piece is unique—slight variations in color, texture, and brushwork are not flaws, but the signature of true human craftsmanship.

1. General Policy

We strive to ensure you fall in love with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

  • Return Window: You must initiate a return or exchange request within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangable Items

Due to the nature of our work, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom/Bespoke Orders: Any apparel or decor painted specifically to your requirements or size.

  • Sale Items: Products purchased during a promotional sale or from our "Last Chance" section.

  • Jewelry: For hygiene reasons, our hand-painted terracotta jewelry is non-returnable unless received in a damaged condition.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at [shruti@paakhisaa.com] with:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item.

  3. A brief description of the issue.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, you may request a direct exchange for a different size (subject to availability).

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For non-damaged returns, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. As we begin the hand-painting process shortly after an order is confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations after this window.
