This website is operated by Paakhisaa, a proprietary design firm based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Paakhisaa. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
Artisanal Variance: You acknowledge that Paakhisaa products are hand-painted and handcrafted by artisans. Consequently, products may have slight variations in color, placement of motifs, and fabric texture compared to the images displayed on the website.
Unique Nature: These variations are not considered defects but are inherent characteristics of the hand-painting process that make each piece unique.
Ownership: All content on this website, including but not limited to hand-painted designs, motifs (such as our signature Pichwai, Madhubani, and vintage vehicle illustrations), logos, images, and text, is the exclusive property of Paakhisaa and is protected by Indian and International copyright and trademark laws.
Usage Restrictions: You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our designs or website content without express written permission from us.
Product Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free.
Color Display: We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors and mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Taxes: All prices are inclusive of GST (unless stated otherwise). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes levied by their respective countries.
Payment Security: We use secure third-party payment gateways. Paakhisaa does not store your credit/debit card information.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
Custom Orders: For bespoke or "pre-order only" items, production begins only after payment confirmation. Changes to custom designs cannot be made once the hand-painting process has commenced (typically 24 hours after order placement).
If you post reviews or comments on our site or social media tagged to our brand, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and publish that content. We reserve the right to remove any content we deem unlawful, offensive, or defamatory.
Paakhisaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
